B.C Building Designs is a firm that has been in business for 5 years but with close to 20 years experience in all fields of drafting from Carports to High Rise developments and everything in between. We are located in the West but cater for projects all over Victoria whether small or large.

We are dedicated to ensuring we are up to date with all regulatory requirements, industry standards and design trends. We take the individualized approach to designing with our clients, ensuring we determine an accurate assessment of the project at hand. We are also experienced in all local council requirements making applications to council a smooth transition.

Having the latest Drawing programs and current energy rating software it makes for accurate and detailed documentation which allows for an easy Planning and Building Permit applications but also allows the client to source accurate quotations from Builders and other sub contractors.
